Weatherly has a single camera set up at the intersection of Maple St and Hudsondale St.
With 2,551 residents as of 2024 (according to DataUSA), Weatherly has a single Flock camera to watch those who enter via Hudsondale Street. It watches anyone who enters from Packer Township and there doesn't seem to be any private business that would have set up the camera itself.
Weatherly is such a small town, it seems weird to have a single camera. No cameras is understandable, but if you're going to have cameras why not go with a couple to cover each major entrance like Mahoning and Franklin did? It doesn't really seem to do much, so it's possible DeFlock doesn't have updated information. My RTK request will hopefully give us some more information, or I might travel there in person to investigate.

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. § 67.101 et seq., I am requesting copies of the following records:
1. Any records confirming whether Weatherly Borough owns, leases, or has otherwise entered into any agreement for automated license plate reader (ALPR) technology, including but not limited to any Flock Safety device(s), located at or near the intersection of Hudsondale Street and Maple Street.
2. Any agreement, contract, master service agreement, or license agreement (including any amendments) between Weatherly Borough and Flock Group Inc. (d/b/a Flock Safety).
3. Records sufficient to identify the exact location (address, intersection, or GPS coordinates) of any ALPR camera(s) owned, leased, or operated by or on behalf of Weatherly Borough.
4. Any written policy, standard operating procedure, or protocol governing the use, access, retention, or sharing of ALPR data collected by Weatherly Borough.
5. Records of any data-sharing agreements or network-sharing settings permitting other law enforcement agencies (local, state, or federal) to access ALPR data collected by Weatherly Borough's camera(s).
6. Audit logs or usage reports reflecting queries or searches run on the ALPR system by Weatherly Borough personnel, from the date of camera installation through the date of this request.
7. Records of any security incidents, data breaches, unauthorized access, or misuse investigations involving Weatherly Borough's ALPR system.
8. Invoices, purchase orders, or proof-of-payment records reflecting costs paid to Flock Safety for installation, licensing, or maintenance of the camera(s) referenced above.
