Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law (65 P.S. §67.101 et seq.), I am requesting the following records:

1. Any contract(s) or agreement(s) between Palmerton Borough/Palmerton Borough Police Department and Flock Safety, Inc.

2. Any records identifying the number and general locations of Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) cameras installed within Palmerton Borough, whether owned by the Borough or accessed via agreement with private property owners.

3. Any policy governing use, retention, and access of ALPR/Flock camera data

1) Palmerton Borough / Palmerton Police Department do not have any contracts or agreements with Flock Safety, Inc.

2) Palmerton Police Department vehicles are equipped with Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR). Palmerton Police Department / Palmerton Borough do not have stationary ALPR Readers.
