On July 1st, Palmerton received an RTK request. They declared that they have no stationary ALPRs.
Originating in Palmerton, I started my DeFlocking journey by simply double-checking whether Palmerton had any cameras.
I've lived in Palmerton for 18 years now and I have never noticed a fixed ALPR, but that's not really the type of thing you pay attention to. I hardly even knew what an ALPR was as of a few weeks ago, and I'm sure many had no idea what was out there before Flock was caught in the public eye.
DeFlock didn't have anything in Palmerton either, so I sent an RTK Request to the Borough to see if there were any cameras we didn't know about. Fortunately, they confirmed that they do not have any fixed ALPRs and have no contracts with Flock. They do have ALPRs in some of their police vehicles, though.

1. Any contract(s) or agreement(s) between Palmerton Borough/Palmerton Borough Police Department and Flock Safety, Inc.
2. Any records identifying the number and general locations of Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) cameras installed within Palmerton Borough, whether owned by the Borough or accessed via agreement with private property owners.
3. Any policy governing use, retention, and access of ALPR/Flock camera data
